Because each item we create is handmade and unique, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Every piece is crafted with care, making your order truly one-of-a-kind.

Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged or is lost during delivery, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the damaged item (if applicable). We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or partial refund at our discretion.
